Private Airport Transfer

The easiest way to start your trip. Your driver meets you at Tent #5, just outside the terminal at Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), with a welcome sign, loads your luggage and takes you straight to your hotel, with no other stops and no other passengers. Choose from a Suburban (up to 6 passengers), Escalade (up to 5), Hiace van (up to 10) or Transit (up to 16). Book a round trip and we'll have your ride back to the airport arranged too.

Shuttle Transfer

A budget-friendly way to get from the airport to your hotel. You'll share the ride with other travelers heading in the same direction, and the shuttle stops at each hotel along the route. It's a good fit for solo travelers and couples with standard luggage. Shuttle service is available to San José del Cabo, Puerto Los Cabos, the Tourist Corridor, Cabo San Lucas, the Pacific side beyond Los Arcos and Diamante.

From $18 one way or $36 round trip per person.

Hotel to Hotel Transfer

Splitting your stay between two resorts? We'll pick you up at your first hotel and take you directly to the next, luggage and all. It's a private ride, so you can check out on your own schedule.

From $75 one way per vehicle.

Private Residence Transfer

Staying in a villa, condo or vacation rental? Your driver will take you right to the door, including private homes in gated communities. Just share the full address when you book, along with any gate or access details.

From $92 one way per vehicle.

Activities & Dining

Keep a private driver with you for dinner, golf, a fishing trip or a night out. Your driver waits while you enjoy yourself, so there's no searching for a taxi at the end of the evening. Bookings start at four hours, and you can add more time as needed.

What's included with every private transfer

Every private transfer comes with our Premier Service at no extra cost:

• Meet and greet at the airport with a personalized welcome sign
• Bottled water (one per person)
• A salaried, bilingual driver who knows Los Cabos
• Free car seats for babies, toddlers and kids, on request
• Flight monitoring, so your driver adjusts if your flight is early or late

Upgrades and add-ons

Concierge Level Service: add two beers per person to any private transfer for $10 per person.

Grocery Shopping Service: add a one-hour stop at the supermarket closest to your destination (Mega, Walmart, Costco and others) for $40 per vehicle. It's an easy way to stock your villa or room before you settle in.

Your arrival at Los Cabos Airport (SJD)

Here's what to expect when you land at Los Cabos International Airport:

1. Pass through immigration, collect your luggage and clear customs.
2. Walk past the desks inside the terminal. Many are timeshare or tour sales booths, and your driver won't be there.
3. Head outside to Tent #5, where your driver will be waiting with a printed welcome sign showing your name.
4. Your driver will take your luggage and walk you to the vehicle.

Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?

Most international flights from the US and Canada arrive at Terminal 2. Domestic Mexican flights typically arrive at Terminal 1, which has a separate ground transportation pickup area. Your driver is assigned to the correct terminal based on the flight details you provide at booking, so you don't need to figure this out on arrival. If you're unsure which terminal your flight uses, check your boarding pass or the Los Cabos Airport website.

Terminal 2 is currently undergoing a major renovation, with the two terminals scheduled to be combined into one by 2027-2028, so returning visitors may notice changes from previous trips.

Getting back to the airport

Share your departure flight details when you book, and we'll schedule your pickup time for you. Plans change, and that's fine. Just let us know and we'll adjust. For international flights, plan to arrive at the airport about three hours before departure.

Payment options

Pay online when you book through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards. You can also pay your driver in cash, and they'll give you a receipt.
